Screenflow is slick. You can do screencasts right from QT, too.

Google+ Thoughts
I hate google plus. Mainly because I can't use it with my Google Apps account and don't want to create another one only to abandon it, so I haven't even tried it yet:(

Link Decay
Unless it's twitter I find it annoying. On blogs it might be a concern with the space on the page occupied by a http://needlessly.com/plex?url=whichshould&really=bebetter&PHPSESSID=0tkmk8ljqlajccbm4vsbdupgad3&utma=1337#94495344 wher…

OSX App Store
Re #2: I'd feel better buying high-value apps (>$10, so Transmit would be one) on the dev's site, not Apple's, if only because iTunes doesn't do paypal in Canada, and that if I buy from the dev directly at the same price as th…

It will ever "catch on," most people don't even know what "HTTP" is and therefore have no chance of setting this up themselves, and even when there gets to be a 1-click host setup like wordpress or blogspot, people will stil…

I'm working with a friend (who makes the most ridiculous RC planes, like, VTOL, ground effect, annular wing-d, some of which have even flown :D) to make a plane with a 7MP still and 1080p video camera, both mounted on a PTZ gimble with a wirele…

New laptop
Yay for Dell latitudes, even the ones my school has for student use feel like solid, quality machines (physically wise). I wouldn't recommend toshiba, but they're pretty good laptops on most days.

What does everyone think of Vanilla?
I don't like it, when I tried it for something I was very underwhelmed, the MVC model is iffy, the coding in vanilla (the app itself) is shoddy, and it's like "Documentation? What documentation! Ha!" (unless I'm missing the …
