Links In New Window [oops]

For those that noticed, most the links were opening in new windows. That was me tinkering around. It should be fixed now. Sorry!
Essentially I am working on having links in posts opening in new windows. Currently htmlpurfier strips out target attributes. Not for long.Hello World! -
I think that's a really bad idea.
People have expectations that when they click links it opens in the current window. If they want to open it in a new window, they invoke their browsers open-in-new-window command. This is particularly true of technically oriented users.
Changing the behaviour of a user's browser behind the scenes is just shoddy UI design. -
